Are you struggling to connect with friends and family. Do you find yourself feeling drained or overwhelmed? Maybe you’re navigating a tough transition. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating changing in their daily lives and struggling with how to properly process past experiences and want to move forward. I pride myself on creating a non-judgmental environment where one feels safe enough to express their experiences and engage in the therapeutic process with ease.
I have been in the field of social work for over 10 years. As an integrative therapist I use a strength-based approach while also utilizing various evidence-based techniques to meet client’s individual needs. The goal is for you to have ownership of your therapeutic journey because you are your own expert.
