My Approach

Are you struggling to connect with friends and family. Do you find yourself feeling drained or overwhelmed? Maybe you’re navigating a tough transition. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating changing in their daily lives and struggling with how to properly process past experiences and want to move forward. I pride myself on creating a non-judgmental  environment where one feels safe enough to express their experiences and engage in the therapeutic process with ease.

I have been in the field of social work for over 10 years. As an integrative therapist I use a strength-based approach while also utilizing various evidence-based techniques to meet client’s individual needs. The goal is for you to have ownership of your therapeutic journey because you are your own expert.

I believe in the power of connecting to something beyond ourselves, whatever that may be for you.

My approach is always personalized and tailored to you. In each session, we’ll start from where you are, while keeping your bigger vision in focus. Together, we’ll clear the blocks holding you back and take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of yourself.
